I. Material & Yarn Characteristics
Adopts 40S (English Count) cotton-like yarn for warp (soft and delicate, bringing skin-friendly touch) and 150D polyester yarn blended with Sorona bio-based fiber for weft (from renewable corn starch, ensuring elasticity and durability). The 40S warp ensures comfort, while the 150D Sorona weft adds toughness—keeping the fabric moderately thick (90-110g/m²), balancing “softness” and “wear resistance” without flimsiness or stiffness.
