I. Yarn Specifications
Yarn specification is 30/50 (Ne, English Count). Warp uses 30-count medium-fine yarn (ensures tensile strength and stability), weft uses 50-count fine yarn mixed with elastic fibers (spandex/Sorona, adds elasticity while keeping the fabric lightweight: 60-85g/m²). This matching balances firmness and softness.
II. Elastic Characteristics
“Weft Elastic” means elasticity only in the horizontal direction, from elastic fibers in the 50-count weft. It meets lateral movement needs (sitting, bending) without warping vertical shape.
