I. Material & Yarn Characteristics
This patterned flocked fabric is made of 100% polyester, with the base cloth adopting a tight weave structure to ensure structural stability and durability. The flocked layer uses fine microfibers, and the patterns are integrated into the flocking process through professional printing and flocking integration technology—no additional printing after flocking, ensuring that the pattern is firm, not easy to fade or fall off. The fabric weight is 290-360g/m², which is thicker than ordinary flocked fabric, ensuring the three-dimensional sense of the pattern and the firmness of the flocked layer. The dyeing and pattern printing adopt high-temperature fixing technology, which not only makes the pattern color bright and uniform, but also ensures that the flocked layer and the pattern do not fade, peel or fall off after long-term use and multiple washes.
