I. Material & Yarn Characteristics
This fabric is exquisitely crafted from high-quality 1/2 semi-dull polyester yarn blended with spandex (main component: 92% semi-dull polyester + 8% spandex, leveraging semi-dull yarn’s low-glare property, polyester’s wear resistance, and spandex’s excellent elasticity), and is woven with an exquisite 1/2 twill taffeta structure.
The 1/2 twill weave and semi-dull yarn processing is the result of precise technological calibration: the semi-dull polyester component guarantees the fabric’s inherent breathability, moisture-wicking capability, and excellent wear resistance, preventing easy pilling during usage; the scientific blend ratio of polyester and spandex (spandex content up to 8%), through the reasonable combination of rigid fiber and elastic fiber, not only enhances the product’s cotton-like texture fineness, rendering the wearing feeling soft and delicate, but also forms a flexible elastic structure on the fabric surface, effectively adapting to body movements and reducing constraint.
