I. Material & Yarn Characteristics

This fabric is composed of two core parts: a high-quality base cloth and a flocked fiber layer. The base cloth is mainly made of 100% polyester (or cotton-polyester blend) with a tight weave, which ensures the fabric’s structural stability, wrinkle resistance and tensile strength, and lays a solid foundation for the flocking process. The flocked layer uses ultra-fine nylon or polyester microfibers, which are precisely cut and firmly attached to the surface of the base cloth through electrostatic flocking technology, forming a dense, uniform and smooth velvet-like surface, bringing an excellent tactile experience.

The fabric weight is controlled in the range of 290-360g/m², which is adjusted according to the actual application scenario. The fabric adopts high-temperature deep dyeing technology, the color penetrates into the fiber interior, and the color is bright and uniform.
