100S Water-Soft Cotton Waffle Fabric integrates three core superior properties: ultra-fine and silky-soft texture from 100S high-count yarn spinning, exceptional water-soft handfeel and skin compatibility from specialized wet processing, and inherent breathability and moisture absorption of high-grade cotton combined with the unique waffle structure.

This fabric is crafted from high-quality 100S high-count pure cotton yarn (100% premium long-staple cotton), leveraging the latter’s inherent fineness, softness and excellent moisture absorption. It adopts an exquisite waffle weave structure combined with specialized wet processing.
The 100S high-count yarn spinning, specialized wet processing and waffle weaving are achieved through precise technological calibration. The 100% premium long-staple cotton ensures inherent breathability, moisture-wicking capacity and skin compatibility, avoiding skin irritation during use. The specialized wet processing (including scouring, bleaching and softening) integrates physical and chemical processes scientifically: it enhances texture fineness to deliver a silky, water-like soft wearing sensation, and optimizes surface smoothness to reduce skin friction and improve comfort. Meanwhile, the unique waffle structure enhances air circulation, further boosting the fabric’s breathability and moisture-wicking performance.
In addition, the fabric is finished with advanced hydrophilic and anti-static treatments. This enables it to maintain moisture balance in dry environments and reduce static adsorption, ensuring comfortable use across various climates and wearing scenarios.
The fabric maintains a moderate weight range of 140-170 g/m², a standard refined through repeated testing.
