This fabric is exquisitely crafted from high-quality 80S high-count pure cotton yarn (main composition: 100% premium long-staple cotton, harnessing the inherent fineness, softness, and excellent moisture absorbency of long-staple cotton) and is manufactured using an exquisite plain weave structure integrated with specialized wet processing.
The 80S high-count yarn spinning and specialized wet processing are the outcomes of precise technological calibration: the 100% premium long-staple cotton component ensures the fabric’s inherent breathability, moisture-wicking capacity, and excellent skin compatibility, preventing skin irritation during use; the specialized wet processing (including scouring, bleaching, and softening treatments), through the scientific integration of physical and chemical processes, not only enhances the fabric’s texture fineness, rendering a silky, water-like soft wearing sensation, but also optimizes the fabric’s surface smoothness, effectively reducing skin friction and improving wearing comfort.
