I. Material & Yarn Characteristics
This fabric is exquisitely crafted from high-quality 400T high-density nylon yarn (100% premium nylon fiber, leveraging nylon’s inherent lightweight, high strength, and excellent water-resistant properties), and is combined with an exquisite plain weave taffeta structure.
The 400T high-density weaving process is the result of precise technological calibration: the premium nylon component guarantees the fabric’s inherent breathability, moisture-wicking capability, and excellent tensile strength, preventing easy tearing during usage; the high-density weaving structure, through the ultra-fine interlacing of warp and weft yarns (warp and weft density up to 400 threads per inch), not only enhances the fabric’s texture density, rendering the surface sleek and compact, but also forms a natural water-repellent barrier, effectively blocking the penetration of moisture.
