I. Material & Yarn Characteristics
Based on 160D high-strength polyester yarn (thick and durable, tensile strength 30% higher than low-denier yarn) with composite layer technology (e.g., PU/PVC coating or fiber blending). The 160D yarn ensures the fabric’s base toughness, while the composite layer enhances functionality (water resistance, windproof), keeping the fabric moderately thick (120-150g/m²) — avoiding flimsiness and ensuring long-term use.
II. Composite Technology & Diagonal Features
- Composite Technology: Adopts single-sided/double-sided composite processing, the composite layer is evenly attached to the fabric surface, with good adhesion (no peeling after 50 washes). It enhances water resistance (water pressure resistance ≥5000mm) and windproof performance, suitable for semi-outdoor scenarios.
